To my customers, friends, family and fellow citizens:
I have decided to make this blog about you and what we are all dealing with. Business is a secondary thought at this time.
We are all experiencing the effects of this horrific virus, whether we are a healthcare worker, patient, first responder, grocery store employee, parent, student or child. We are all in this together and we will come out of it better people.
Unfortunately, we must abide by the online schooling, the closed restaurants and bars, and the home quarantine. It isn’t a fun time, but we all must keep our faith, our hope and our love for one and other and we will survive this. We are all in uncharted waters. We have never experienced anything like this, but we must be strong and resilient and we will get through it.
Keep your faith, no matter what that may be, say a prayer each day for those who are working hard to keep this from spreading and for those who are affected with this disease. Say a prayer that we will endure these days and will put an end to this virus.
Have hope and belief that we will get through this. No matter what your faith, this quote from Pope Francis that he made in 2013 says a lot:
“Hoping against hope! Today too, amid so much darkness, we need to see the light of hope and to be men and women who bring hope to others.“
Love…What more can be said. Love your family, your friends and your neighbors. Call them, email them, snap chat them, whatever it takes. Let them know you are okay and make sure they are okay. There is nothing stronger than love.
We need to work together to get through these trying times and we will be better for it.
Faith, Hope and Love…..will get us through.
If there are any of you who need anything, whether it is medicine picked up, groceries or anything else, please contact me and I will be happy to help you.
Please stay safe and healthy.
Peace,
Don
